Terms and Conditions (Wholesale)

Terms and Conditions (Wholesale)

When ordering goods, customers automatically comply with our trading conditions ;

Buying in wholesale is only possible for companies registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

For Dutch customers 21% Dutch VAT will be imposed. This also applies to non-Dutch customers who do not have an International VAT number.

A wholesale purchase must have a minimum value of € 300 excluding VAT.

Goods can be ordered by email. Pure Clothing Company will answer as soon as possible about the stock and e-mail the Pro-Forma invoice (with shipping costs if the goods are not collected).

Once the Pro-Forma has been paid, the goods will be shipped and the invoice will be emailed.

See also the Shipping heading at the bottom of this page.

In connecting with customer protection, an order could not be accepted if Pure Clothing Company already delivers to other retailers in the same area.

Goods can also be picked up in Pure Clothing Company's warehouse in Kwadijk. You can pay by card or cash.

In the event that an invoice for collected goods can be paid by bank, the total amount must be paid within 14 days after the invoice date.

If an invoice is not paid within 14 days, a fine of 2% of the total amount can be imposed.

Goods remain the property of Pure Clothing Company until payment has been made in full.

Cancellation, exchange or return is not possible.

Photos of products on this site may differ slightly in color from the real colors due to screen resolution. Pure Clothing Company tries to ensure that all clothing is correctly sized, but cannot guarantee this. Customers accept a 10% difference in color and size for all items as soon as they make an order / purchase.
All products are handmade and therefore it is possible that e.g. a color scheme or weaving line is not exactly the same as the photo (s) on this site. This information is accepted when ordering / purchasing.

If a product is not satisfactory according to the customer, a complaint can be made within 5 days after receipt of the goods by e-mail, including photo proof. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted. If a complaint is accepted, Pure Clothing Company will resolve this by exchanging the relevant items with other items.

In the event of a dispute, Dutch law applies, with the exception of the Vienna Sales Convention. The judge of Amsterdam will be appointed to handle the dispute.

Shipping

Prices for shipping are calculated by weight and destination.

Delivery time may be longer due to factors that Pure Clothing Company cannot control, such as pandemics, local strikes, natural disasters, war, government regulations, etc.

If an order is delivered outside the European Union, additional import charges and local taxes may be imposed that the customer must pay when he / she receives the goods. The rules for this differ per country. Each local government determines the exact import duties and customs fees.
