Terms and Conditions (Retail)

  • All mentioned prices include VAT.
  • The shipping costs will be added at the checkout of the shopping cart.
  • Shipping costs:
    • Within the Netherlands: Free!
    • Europe: from € 7,50
    • Rest of the world: from € 29,-
  • Average delivery time within the Netherlands is 3-4 days, for Europe between 4-7 days and for the rest of the world 5-10 days. Delivery time may take longer due to factors that we cannot control, such as overload at the parcel delivery company, local strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, war, etc. If an order is delivered outside the European Union, additional import charges and local taxes may be imposed to the customer when he/she receives the goods. The rules for this differ per country. Each local government determines the exact import duties and customs costs.
  • You can return or exchange products within 10 days. Please email us if you wish to exchange or return something.
  • Exchange of items is at the customer's own shipping costs; shipping costs from the customer back to our warehouse + the new shipping costs for the customer (7.25 € Netherlands, 7.50 € rest EU, 29 € rest of the world -by bank transfer, see contact details).
  • Returning items is at the customer's own shipping costs. Refunds will be made when the item has been received without any damage. We will refund the price paid by the customer minus our shipping costs (7.25 € Netherlands, 7.50 € rest EU, 29 € rest of the world).
  • Pictures of products on our website may differ in color of actual colors, due to screen resolution. While we strive to ensure that all garments are the correct size, no guarantee can be given that products will meet the desired size.Customers accept 10% tolerance in color and size of all items when placing an order. All products are handmade and therefore it may happen that e.g. a color scheme or weaving line is not exactly the same as the photo (s) on this site. This information is accepted when ordering / purchasing.
  • When ordered goods are out of stock in one way or another, we will inform the customer as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. In this case we offer 3 solutions from which the customer can choose;
    • Obtaining other item (s) in place of the missing item
    • Waiting for later delivery of the missing item
    • Refund of the missing item
  • If a product is defective according to the recipient, a complaint must be sent by e-mail within 7 days after receipt of the product, with photo proof. Later complaints are not accepted. If the complaint is accepted, we will resolve the matter by exchanging it with another item (no refund).
  • In case of dispute, Dutch law applies. The judge of Hoofddorp will be appointed to handle the dispute.
