General Terms and Conditions for Private Individuals (Retail)

  • All prices mentioned include 21% Dutch VAT. 
  • Free shipping inside the Netherlands. Europe: shipping from €8.95. We do not ship outside Europe. 
  • Average delivery time within the Netherlands is around 4-7 days, for Europe around 7-10 days. Delivery time may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as overload at the parcel shipping company, delays because of local holidays, local strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, war, etc. No rights can be derived from the indicative delivery times mentioned.
 
  • Returning items is possible within 14 days. Email us if you wish to return something (purehandmade@gmail.com), please include the order number. Send the item in new condition* in proper packaging stating your order number, name and address, at your own expense, to: Pure Clothing Company, Posthoornstraat 2, 1511 CE Oostzaan. Refund will be made once the item has been received without any damage. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to place the order, within 7 days after we have received the item back.  
  • Exchanging items is possible within 14 days. Email us if you wish to exchange something (purehandmade@gmail.com). Please include the order number, the item(s) to be exchanged and what you would like to receive in return (including size and color) in your email. After our confirmation, send the item to be exchanged in new condition* in proper packaging stating your order number, name and address, at your own expense, to: Pure Clothing Company, Posthoornstraat 2, 1511 CE Oostzaan. We will then send the new item to you a.s.a.p. For exchanges within Netherlands, there will be no additional shipping costs for our shipment of the exchanged item. If it concerns other countries, there will be shipping costs for our shipment of the exchanged item, a payment request will be sent for this. 
  • Items purchased online cannot be exchanged in, or returned to our shop. Items purchased online can only be sent back to our return address. 
  • Photos of products on our website may differ in color from the actual colors due to screen resolution. 
  • No guarantee can be given that products will meet the desired size. 
  • A 10% tolerance in color and size of all items is accepted when placing an order. 
  • It may happen that e.g. a color scheme or weave line is not exactly the same as the photo(s) on this site. This information is accepted when purchasing. 
  • If ordered items are somehow out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. In this case we offer as a solution; obtaining other item(s), waiting for later delivery of the missing item, or refunding the missing item. 
  • If a purchased item does not meet what you can reasonably expect from it, you can report the complaint by e-mail (purehandmade@gmail.com) within 30 days of receipt, with photo evidence. A defective item will be replaced with a new one (if not in stock; another desired model for the same price, or refund).
    Items that are worn out, repaired by you or third parties, exposed to abnormal conditions, or otherwise treated carelessly, cannot be replaced. Obvious defective items are only replaced within 30 days of receipt. Complaints after 30 days of receipt will not be handled. 
  • In the event of a dispute, Dutch law applies. The judge of Amsterdam will be appointed to deal with the dispute. 
 
*New condition: item has only been tried on, but has not been worn longer, nor washed, torn out, has no defects due to use/misuse, does not have a strong smell, etc. If a returned item is not in new condition, it will not be refunded or exchanged.
